Antiquing Trip!

I saw this in an antique store and had to have it!  My grandmother had one just like this.  She would make us orange juice, silver dollar pancakes, and bacon whenever we visited her farm.  I have such happy memories of our visits.  I was thrilled to find this!
I stopped at the Spring Creek Tea Room to visit
Sugar Pie Farmhouse's booth.  I LOVE her!
These are the goodies I found! The little cabinet has hooks on the back, so I am going to hang it up. I will post another pic once it is accessorized and hung! Love my new picture frame too!

hey Jori! Those items can't be antiques. I remember them from when I was a kid. Oops did I just admit I am an oldie, but a goodie?

Yes, I couldn't resist sharing my grandson cute little hands.

Have you seen my thrifty post today?

I'm glad you had such success in finding older items with special meaning to you. I hope I get to see them later when you're hung them.

I'm always picking up things that make me think of my grandparents! Good for you for snagging the orange juice decanter (though I'm sure my grandmother would have said pitcher!)

Honest Abe! MY MOM had that SAME juice decanter! I wonder if she still has it. I am supposed to go over there Friday...if I can keep it on my feeble brain, I will ask her and if she does, I'll take a picture and post it! I just hope I remember!!!
